Soró da Silva works with great care on Sitio Cachoeirinha. His farmland is situated right next to a little waterfall that gives the surrounding valley its name. Working closely with Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza (FAF), Soró applies sustainable farm practices which add to the complex flavour profile of our microlot: chocolate mousse, toffee and macadamia. All topped off with a velvety mouthfeel.
Utilising the purity of the streams running through Cachoeirinha Valley, the da Silva family have strengthened their community by producing exceptional coffees. They work together with surrounding families to care for the luscious land of Cachoeirinha Valley. They have all been working to establish sustainable farming practices with FAF Coffee since 2008.
